It is a solid season overall, perhaps my favorite aside from the pilot eps. Animation ranges from impressive to sketchy and lots of mistakes but no episode is bottom tier animation either.

Return of the Shredder and Return of the Technodrome are the best season 2 episodes.

Season two has hit after hit for me, Punk Frogs, Splinter No More, New York's Shiniest, Enter The Rat King, Eye of Zarnoth saga.
