The art looks like a mix of Farley and Talbot. Was just wondering if this is an actual full fledged comic or just 2 pages a fan drew. And if it is a full comic, where I could read it.

This was drawn by a guy named Ryan Wilton who was originally attached to Andrew's TMNT vs Predator comic but then bowed out for some reason or another. Like others have said, probably a fan comic or test pages for a portfolio or something.

You're right. Checked out his deviantart and found it. Turns out this was from back in 2009 and was meant to be a 10 page comic submission to Mirage, but then the Viacom buyout happend and he didn't see any point in finishing it. It's really a shame.
