Just Curious but does Don Turtelli or The Rat King feature in any Comics?

The Rat King featured in quite a few comics

He appeared in the Mirage City at War Series as well as some of the Archies series. I am not sure about Don Turtelli, but I don't think he did.

Anyway, I am not sure about much really.

Yeah.. Rat King Started out as a Mirage Character.

As for Don Turtelli.. I think he was created just for the cartoons. (However, they had a Italian mobster featured in the Image TMNT comics much later)

yeah i wouldn't expect to see any of those made up characters ever used in anything else...
the only one i like is the cop in the great boldini. Teenage Mutant Ninja Leprachauns!
