Who wants to tell me why the hell April is bald? I stopped reading Volume 4 around issue 5.

They shaved her head for the nano surgery. She didn't have cancer.

Yeah, she was infected with Nanobots, from the weapon that Baxter Bot stabbed her with....eh, basically around 15 years ago. That for some reason dormant for ages, and then suddenly activated and was ravaging her body. Kinda odd they remained dormant for that long, contrived writing if you ask me, but ehh. Plus they probably wanted her looking like Riply from Alien 3. ;) :D

it would be tough to scan the comic without damaging it. also, it is illegal to do so unless you have permission from Mirage.

i once pmed Krang, and he told me that discontinued comics scan are allowed, like image and archie, i'm not sure if old mirage

ok. Sorry did not relise. but the offical MNT website does have the first issue of vol 1 for us to read.

Yea, that was where I first read it.

BTW, Doom you missed the issue where April had surgery. They had to strip her down to her birthday suit, which is pretty standard for any kind of surgery as CQB told me, but I bet you would've... ok I said too much.

Agreed, agreed. Casey looks more feminine then April does, thanks to Lawson's art. ;) :lol:
