April doesn't look right on the Source Book#2 cover. The rest look fine though the hair style and fashion doesn't seem like April O'Neil to me.

I have my own idea of how to incorporate Ace Duck into the 1987 cartoon, but this looks interesting.

How have we gotten to the point where I'm more excited for '87 stories than the modern IDW comic?

Even the Karai mini feels like it's just re-treading itself, there's only so many secret history of the Foot Clan stories I can take before it feels like they're just making more stuff up. The Dog Star gang showing up will probably be nothing more than them all being killed by the end of it.

Looking forward to this issue when it comes out, I'm curious as to what 87 Mona Lisa has been doing ever since.

Last time we saw her, She went into the sewers and brought the turtles some pizza.

So would like to know what happened since then.

I think what will happen in the issue, Is two stories, Some of these specials usually have more then one story, The one with Ace Duck will be the main story, and then a second story that focuses on Raph and Mona Lisa, I bet this will be something along the lines of that TMNT Archie comics special that had a story featuring Raph and Ninjara.

Unless they're lead by Chien Khan.

That's how Sophie has been drawing April for most of the past four years.

And I shouldn't assume that is Raph because…?

Its definitely Raph, Who else would wear that costume?

But if they decided to go a different direction, That would mean a different turtle might wear the costume, But who?

Maybe Jennika?

I follow the guy who did the B cover on twitter. His art is amazing. He's impeccable at mimicking different Turtles iterations.

How will the Ace Duck issue work? I thought he was a fictional character in the 1987 universe?

I guess we'll find out, But I'm more curious on how Mona Lisa returns, And I hope this isn't just one appearance, But would like to see future appearances down the line.
