What’s your opinion on each turtles character arc?

Well, I... Legitimately have trouble remembering. I seriously can't remember anyone of them developing past their stock personalities. The closest I can remember is what went down with Leo in the movie, and that was an outgrowth of Splinter's trolling right at the end of the show.

Wasnt much of an arc for any of them individually except Leo which mostly all took place in the movie.

As a team I guess they did grow a bit after shredder broke their weapons in season 2

edit: splinter had a good arc in the show

edit2: Mikey in the movie had a pretty awesome arc. Also Casey in the movie did too which was very intertwined with Leo's movie arc/development

I would say that....

Leo has a somewhat good character arc in the shows when it comes to leadership

Raph has a arc (if you squint) in the movies

Donnie I would say has one in the 2003 tv-show

And Mikey has a amazing arc (in a sightly bad way) in the comics, especially the Last Ronin

But in Rise as a whole, I beg to differ that everyone has a little slight character arc in the movie, not really the series

I don’t think any of the turtles really had an arc in the show. Just Splinter.

But the movie made up for it. They all 4 had pretty satisfying arcs in that, especially Leo.
