Do most of you keep all the Turtle stuff you buy in their boxes? Cause if so...I did a bad thing! Hehehe..I've got my action figures on display and all. And of course, the art sets and fuzzy posters and all, I'm taking out to color...so is it necessarily bad that I take the items out...or am I just confused here?! LOL

Happy Holidays Guys!

I keep many items in original packaging, I also open items for display. My enjoyment is looking at the figures. I don't see it as a bad thing, whatever is most enjoyable for you.

Well, I store most of mine in plastic storage containers, but thats mainly because I have no where to put them on display. I have some stuff up, but not lot. But like TMNTGal, I keep a lot MISB, they're easier to store that way :)

Well, speaking as an action figure collector I open everything up. To me you just can't fully enjoy a figure if you leave it in the package. As a TMNT fan, I am also a big enough sucker to buy an additional item of almost everything to keep cared/boxed.

I keep all my stuff in the boxes unless I get a copy of it. So far, the only figures I have copies of are the four turtles in original form (no gimmicks) from the new line-up. I usually don't take them out because I want to have both the box and the toy in as perfect condition as possible.

This has always been debatable for me.. I keep alot of them in the package, but I open some too. If the figure is just too cool to keep in package, I open it. But, especially with the original TMNT line, I liked to keep them in the box because i liked the art on the card.
One thing's for sure...if you keep them all in the box, they take up ALOT more space eventually...

ya hte toys in the boxes do take up a lot of space. But it all looks very cool. I just wish that they would put more effort into there boxes.

Well if i have money enough, then i would like to keep one in package and one to display. Like 1 Leo in a package and 1 Leo to display. But i'll wait to buy some for displaying, cause then i'd have to buy $14*14 to get 2 of each from the first wave. Yes they are very expensive here in Denmark

I bought Leo and Don back in Feb and they've been hanging on me wall in the packaging since. A couple of weeks ago I bought two lots of the four mini turtles (only about £5 each), one for hanging up with Leo and Don, and one for displaying on top of me computer, lol :)

I like to take them out of the packages and display them w/ their weapons, more fun for me that way. I know...it kinda hurts me to open some of the rarer ones I've gotten here and there because I know they're no longer just toys but collector's items. Oh well...its cool.

So far I've been buying one of each for my wall, and opening a few. I couldn't resist opening my fighting gear Mike. :)

it's whatever YOU want to do with them.
Mine?
Let's see.. Leo and Raph are killing Shredder and Mikey and Donnie are fighting over April's laptop. And poor Splinter is being hassled by two mean ol mousers. heheeh

In the end, you do whatever the heck you want with them. If it brings you more joy to display them sans box, go ahead. It's not like you're going to sell them anyway. You bought them to keep them.
