Man, what a weird show. 15 minutes is more of it than I’ve ever sat through before. Just not my thing, I guess!

I’ve been seeing the promos on instagram. Beyond cringe.

Do straight men watch this show by choice or is it a pre-requisite to have a woman sitting beside him?

You have to watch with your hands in your pants like Al Bundy.

My wife, kids and I used to watch it when it first started but eventually we tuned out. I may watch this one because of the TMNT "theme" but...I dunna...

I watched some asian guy sing the TMNT song badly, I had never heard of this show. It seems the "funny" aspect is the asian guy singing badly, but isn't this just a rehash of that really bad asian singer in american idol 25 years ago?

Was the whole show of TMNT songs? Kinda doubt that, I only saw the theme that was posted on reddit r/tmnt

Listen, speaking as a straight woman, I would not put any guy nor myself through that torture.

I only caught the very end, figuring I'll just see the parts that matter (uh, if any) in clips anyhow... but god damn that show could not be more scripted and fake. The overblown "OMG!" reactions of judges and audience when the woman who forfeited continuing was... some random podcaster I've never heard of? Like you'd have to actually be a fan of her podcast to know who she is, so yeah, I can't bring myself to believe that much of the audience actually cared THAT much. I lost interest in most reality show junk long ago, and something that artificial just feels insulting to watch.

I expected actual TMNT themed costumes and songs, but I'm assuming there as prob none of that and they were simply the backdrop?
