"’TMNT’ has always been about energy, rebellion, brotherhood, and fun."
Has it, though?

I have negative faith in Paramount at this point, so I expect this will suck.
And I say that as someone who still has no problem putting the COOTS tape on repeat.

Not unearned at this point, really. Here's what Paramount has done with TMNT since Skydance acquired them:
* Not only did they not cancel the second "Mutant Mayhem" movie but they approved a third film.
* They immediately cancelled the "Last Ronin" movie.
* They've just announced a 2027 North American TMNT music concert by people that have Tonys.
Not exactly comforting.

It sounds cool. Kinda sounds like multiple costumes...like each version will be represented on stage throughout the show. It’d be amazing if they included Coming Out of Our Shells.

Paramount did get the TMNT last ronin game up and running again with a much better partner than the previous in-development version had and it sounds like they’re giving it an actual AAA budget - which I’m skeptical the previous version of the game truly had given the developer they had chosen. So that’s something.
I’m more than upset they shelved the movie but from the way Kevin talks about it, the film may actually be on the “back burner” rather than legitimately cancelled. Not like Kevin knows everything but he is privy to a lot and he was the only one implying the videogame was still in development with new developers ~6 months ago when everyone was getting comfortable claiming it wasn’t happening. So I have a little faith the film will still come to be, but probably an animated version first.

What would live-action TMNT outfits where the performers have to sing and do poses look like in 2026?

Let's give it a chance, hopefully this tour will also come to Europe

Well, a stage show is kinda the last thing I'd have expected and it's not a movie, but at least it's something to follow whatever info comes out between now and then. Definitely will be curious to see if they pull it off in any decent way.
Don't know that I'd see it in person, or if it would even come local enough, but at the very least, surely a recorded version will one day hit streaming.

They actually visited Sweden at least by 1992-1993. Yugoslavia was under international boycot at the time, so I doubt they played there.

If it comes in Europe and not in Serbia where I live than if I can I will travel to country it's playing in, for example Italy, Sweden, etc

At first I thought it was going to be an actual TMNT musical, but it seems more like an "event" ala CooTS. It's probably better this way, though I would love a proper musical too, since I was a theater kid in middle school.
