TMNT homage in True Crime: Streets of LA.

I was playing True Crime: Streets of LA yesterday. In the level Vandal Wrath, you must fight this black guy weilding a katana and wearing a samurai helmat similiar to what Shredder wore in the old series. I took him down-- with one of Raphael's sais! Pretty cool, eh?
