Does anyone have a copy of the Awesome (You Are My Hero) music video from the second movie? I've been looking for it FOREVER. I know it exists because I've SEEN it.. but I've never found any mention of a VHS release.

i didn't even know there was a TURTLE POWER video.... sounds cool! would you mind describing the video, roseangelo? is this something readily available on older TMNT VHS tapes, or a rarity? i'm also quite interested in the video from the second movie....

i searched out some HARD TO FIND videos from both GHOSTBUSTERS movies, so i know it can be quite a challenge....

The Turtle Power video has the Partners in Kryme guys dancing n stuff with Mike and Leo. There's clips from the movie thrown in. At one point a guy dressed like the mayor of the city gives them a key.. or something like that.

It was released on a VHS with the Spin That Wheel video. The cover of the video is the movie poster.

I bought the video when it first came out for about $10. It was before the movie had been released on video and the sales guy was like, "You know, this isn't the movie." Duuuuuh!

On the subject of music videos, there is a Ninja Rap video. Luckily I didn't need to pay more than $1 for it (found it at the dollar store). It's rather scary..

I remember the Partners in Kryme video, and the Ya Kid K video, but I don't remember Ninja Rap. I bet that;s terrifying :lol:

They did show the video (only a verse and a chorus though I think) on Top Of The Pops 2 sometime last year. I might see if I can email a request for 'em to show it again.

All I remember from the Ninja Rap video was the bright colors, with Mike in front of a color screen? It also had clips of them dancing from TMNT 2

Hmmm... Long ago they showed a TMNT 'movie' on tv, I think it was the 5 part miniseries but pasted together to a 2 hour movie. They showed it at night, like the main feature of that particular day. Well as you know, the 'movie' always skips out 'A thing about rats' and anything in the next 2 eps referncing to Baxter and stuff, so the movie always ends up short. They showed the TURTLE Power and Spin that Wheel video. And yeah, the cheerleaders did flash their undies with 'Turtle Power' written on their buns. The tv didn't edit it, or maybe 1991/92 was a different time...


Spin that Wheel was funnier. Basically ppl watching the TMNT movie and Foot Soldiers fill the place, and then the actual TMNT come in and kick their asses outta there. I like the end where some dude comes out, wiping his suit from the stuff flying around or whatever. "Now that's what I call a real live action feature! Phew!!"
