Question on the 1st TMNT movie

In the first Movie of the ninja Turtles Shredder's second-in-command, Tatsu, lead the assault on the turtles within April's building. shortly after that they returned to their Foot headquarters in BK. After Shredder confronted Splinter (Who was chained up) about the turtles He stopped and glared at Tatsu for a minute and took off. Then Tatsu got mad and took his frustration out on 5 of his Foot soldiers: beating on them mercilessly.

I think I know what the answer is but I wanna hear from you. What was Shredder so upset with Tatsu about? And why was did Tatsu lose it all of a sudden and attacked his own henchmen

Exactly. And Tatsu beat the **** out of the foot soldiers, possibly because he blamed them for not defeating the turtles.

Yeah, what they said...wicked scene, I love it how mellow Tatsu gets in the presence of Shredder...he must be the only person Tatsu really fears in life. The dude's got a wicked temper and likes to take it out on stationary and *ahem* living objects. It's almost funny how he kicks and breaks things in the second movie... :lol:

Tatsu trains the Foot, he failed in training them cause the foot got their butts kicked. He failed, he flips out and beat the crap out of them.

I like Tatsu, he should have taken over in 2.

Most people get angry and upset for failing. Some people would have to get rid of anger by knocking down boxes and stuff.

Anyway, the whole thing was that Tatsu and the Foot Soldiers weren't prepared for that kind of fight from the turtles; they were expecting them to be more or less helpless. So, I don't think Shredder wasn't so much angy at Tatsu as he was at the fact that the Foot met their match and they paid a heavy price for it. Why do you think he attacked Splinter instead of Tatsu? What do you think was the reason for him asking, "How do they know how to fight like this?????"

Because that was his job. He's the "supervisor". If you've ever worked under a supervisor you know that they don't actually do any work, they just stand around and make sure you do yours.

He did try to get into the action at the very end of TMNT 2, but the Turtles went four on one and knocked him out with one blow.

Good point...I guess if anything Shredder just felt frustrated and decided to glare at Tatsu anyhow. Which of course set the dude off like a firecracker on the 4th of July. :lol:
