This should probably be in toy discussion...
although it is quite general i suppose...

Yes, this should be in toy discussion.....Anyway, do you have two complete sets? If so, someone on here might be able to give you an estimate.....But I'll warn you, it'll probably be less than wha you paid to complete the set.

Let me rephrase my question. Does any one know of a price guide that list the
value of the new tmnt animated fleer cards?

This is no price guide. The best way to judge a worth for anything is looking on eBay to see what people are paying for similar items.
Your cards are certainly worth less than what you paid for them.. unless you got an insanely good deal.
With trading cards in general, a basic set of cards will sell for between $10-$20. The basic cards are not where the money is, rather it's for the chase cards.
Here's some current auctions:
Series 1, Gold Parallel Set (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3272556287) Opening bid $29.95, BIN $45.00
Series 1, Basic Card Set (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3272556297) Opening big $16.50, BIN $20.00
Series 2, Basic Card Set (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3272233114) BIN $19.99
Series 2, Ninja Masks Set (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3272247767) BIN $39.99
No one has bid on any of those, so it remains to be seen if anyone is willing to pay those prices.
