I like it! I'd never dream of painting one of my own figures like that (they'd have to release a different colored one for me, a la Faker of the original MOTU series), but I like it! :)

Well actually the skins red
Well the orgin of my character is a long Here we go

in like 3rd grade no one would lett me play ninja turtles with them they said all the boy charachters were chosen ( we were pretending we were the charachters not playing with toys) now i know they just didnt like me but i didnt then
so i went home and made up a turtle i wanted it to be diffrent so i made it have red skin why i dont know Anywhay i made drawings of it Wich wer not any worse than the ones i draw today and showed the kids them but they still wouldnt lett me play So i yelled at them and they addmited they all just didnt like me ( darn popular kids ) after i liked the charachter so i kept it and hadnt named it until i joined these forums its now named meekoangelo It probobly is the reason i like them turtles to date and no one else im my class dose.......

How old are you MeekoAngelo, if you don't mind me asking. I would never think of doing such a thing to a turtle. But it's a pretty cool concept anyways. I can't stop looking at it. It's so weird, lol. The only thing I'm thinking of painting, is a Casey Jones. I bought a Marvel Legends Blade figure, and I found out the Trenchcoat fits Casey perfectly. Then I noticed he a lot like The Crow, so that's my next project. I need to find a decent gun that fits into his hand. Other than that the coat looks great and it's going to really look like a Crow figure. The coolest part is, it will be a perfect size to play along with the Turtles, of course. When I do it, I'll post a picture on here somehow. It might be like a month though. And now I have to find another Casey fig.

im sorry man. ive had that happen to me when i was in elementary school to.have you even tried to draw your char better? if ya did im sure it might look even better. but your icon has that "cute" thing going anyways rock on man, thats awsome you made ur own turtle.

ok now your icon looks alot better. and the best part is its based of of mikey my fav turtle :D :D :D :D keep working on it and your drawing will get better. i plan to have a major in art when i grad college so i know that does help alot. the more ya work the better ya get

I need a little help. What kind of paint should I use for customizing action figures. I bought some white paint for a Space Ghost figure I was making, but the black on the Spawn figure was showing through the white paint. So is there some better stuff I can get? Also, what kind of tool should I use to paint with? Thanks for the help if anyone knows.

yeah, i did. i know what i did wrong now. i bought some paint today and i'm going to start working on my custom Crow fig.

Look for some paint that's used for painting tabletop figures (warhammer etc.) I think that would work. I have no idea what the paint is called or what it is, more than it's water-based.

I used that to refill scratches on my old figures when I was a kid (and still had figures, stupid me for selling them)
