Did you know: Tokka and Rahzar were so popular that they warented a guest spot on the tmnt cartoon series....they were a bit smarter and looked more like their playmates toy counterparts.....but it was them.

Bebop and Rocksteady own all. They were great characters. Very funny, and they could be vicious (first season) If the show hadn't taken a turn to the childish side (not a knock at it, I love the original series) I believe they would have been a real threat to the Turtles.

Tokka and Rahzar were even stupider than Bebop and Rocksteady. And that's pretty bad. Bebop and Rocksteady own!

Jester concurs.... I love Bebop and Rocksteady. I mean Tokka and Rahzar may have been more powerful.... they clean the clocks of all 4 turtles.... Bebop and Rocksteady were KOed in their first confrontation with the green teens...within the first 2 seconds.... but they lacked the charm of Bebop and Rocksteady. They were just dumb muscle in fact....
"They may be intellectually inferior.... but as u can see they do have other attributes..." - Prof. Jordan Perry, TGRI
Bebop and Rocksteady could be witty and funny....Tokka and Rahzar were never that funny...so I guess it seems that Bebop and Rocksteady win the day

Bebop and Rocksteady are probably my pick...they were funny and had slightly better intelligence.

Bebop and Rocksteady, always. Tokka and Rahzar were just lame rip offs.

I love Bebop and Rocksteady, they're Classic.... My vote goes to them :D
but if it would have been who's stronger, I would have voted Tokka and Rahzar cause they were buff :o .....

I agree. Bebop and Rocksteady win this poll!

Yeah, Bebop and Rocksteady had more character, and a better background story. Plus, they were funnier. Of course, there was always:

Rahzar: BANG! *bangs Tokka's skull with a lead pipe*
Tokka: GNAAAAAOOOOOW!!!

LOL... for some reason, that one scene ALWAYS gets me laughing. I can't even explain it. But of course, the legendary Bebop and Rocksteady get my vote.

Just a question: how can you (as in "more than one") say that Bebop & Rockstady the the smarter couple? Okay, we didn't get to see if Rahzar & Tokka would have acted exactly the same if they had gotten the chance to grow up. But seeing hor B&R already was adults, and acted sort of equally stupid the the younger mutans, wouldn't that make them dumber?

Oh God, now this is a hard question! When I was younger I loved Tokka and Rahzar. And I also love Bebop and Rocksteady too. Ah well, I think my vote'll go to Tokka and Rahzar ('sides, they looked AWESOME!)

I'd have to say Bebop and Rocksteady. I was dissapointed when they weren't in the movie. Although I like Tokka's (snapping turtle? if I didn't mix up the names) design.

Actually, you came to that conclusion based on an opinion, not fact. Some people don't see Bebop and Rocksteady dumber than Tokka and Rahzar, regardless of age. We're all just saying Bebop and Rocksteady were smarter because we all share that same opinion. Don't believe it is fact or anything, it's just opinion.

Of the four my favourite is Tokka and my least favourite Rahzar so it's hard to choose.

But as a pairing Bebop and Rocksteady suit eachother more than what Rahzar and Tokka do so they get my vote. Plus I always liked the different names Shredder used to come up with them like "bumbling buffoon's", "idiotic ingrates", "peutonic pawn's" etc etc.

'And these were the two most dangerous animals you could find?'
'ngh!'

That line always gets to me when thinking of their natural forms.

Um... Tatsu... the wolf was alright, but I think you could do a little better than busting into some per shop to steal a lil bitty snapping turtle....

I mean a rhino and a warthog are pretty damned dangerous animals on their own.

Somehow, I doubt a pet shop would sell a pet who could bite a man's finger clean off...

I remember having a friend havin a snapping turtle as a pet. I guess it depends on what kind. Either way... Tatsu shoulda gone for something bigger. Maybe he just got lazy after whatever he went through to capture that wolf.

He should have just nabbed some junkyard dogs. Can you imagine a couple of mutant (Pick your breed: Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mix)? Wolves natural inclination would be to avoid humans, pick a couple of attack dogs!

I liked B&R better, they were a twee bit smarter than the movie versions of Tokka and Rahzar. Plus B&R had more personality.
