Was there a TMNT cartoon tape released called Turtle Soup?

I have seen it listed in several places but I haven't seen any box art or anything. I know that there is a comic with the same name.

No, there was not. The Official Site once had it up on the VHS Tapes section, stating that it may exist. Since they have tooken it down, I am assuming that it does not exist.

If you look at the info on half.com it's just Heroes in a Half Shell with a different name.

I checked it out and it does seem to be Heroes in a Half Shell. There isn't any box art but the description is the same as Heroes in a Half Shell.
