They are just the oridnary 5" figures that have been released about a year ago.

I don't think so...notice that the item is by Diamond Distrubuters, not Playmates. Also, the description:

this wave is scheduled to include: Leonardo, Donatello, Michaelangelo, Raphael. Splinter, April O'Neil, Shredder and a foot soldier. Blister card packaging.

I don't think that's the "refresher" case, is it? I'm not sure if Diamond would be the distributor for solid cases, though that may make a little more sense.

However, I'm thinking these may be something completely different. Maybe some 10" vinyl collectibles or something.

I found a similar item that mentions sixteen 5 inch action figures. But it was by Playmates. Went I went to Diamond Select's website I couldn't find anything about TMNT.
