While I love all the good guys (Splinter, Casey, and April), Leatherhead was just so damn cool in What a Croc, so my vote goes to him.

Mung & Lord Dregg I mean seriously they were able to capture krang and shredder and the turtles. even if old tin grin got away and he and his lil buddy gilag or um I mean krang got away.That part of the cartoon was just so awsome to me I remeber when it first aired I was so excited because the show never had to be continued stuff like that and I thought it was amazing and it made me like the characters pluss the art got rather good again towards the last episodes.

Errr... I meant non-Turtle as in any character who isn't a turtle (including Tokka, Venus, and Slash).... but it's okay... my mistake for not making it clear enough.
