Raph looks cool and I can't wait to see Leo battle the gender neutral warriors.

But I'm getting a little worried that series is going to be too much like the Image series: character alterations/mutilations, Mikey falling in love with a dinosaur chick, etc.

this raph stuff is so old..it's like exactly what happend in the last season of the cartoon....I find it funny people don't like there mutations on there but they do in the mirag book.. :roll:
I like them both and think its a great idea to have the mutagen go all crazzy in any way....

I doubt Raph will stay in that form. However, I think it would be a great tribute to the Hulk if that happened when his temper got out of control or something. It would fit in right along with the Matt Murdock reference in one of the re-tellings of the origin, Splinter being a tribute to Stick, and the Foot being a tribute to the Hand.

But, she's an alien from a race of humanoid Triceratops like creatures.

The Raph mutation thing is like Splinter changing into that bat creature from the Image series.
I doubt he'll stay like that, Laird would be annoying an awful lot of fans if that was to happen, I personally would hate for him to remain like that.

This whole vampire crap with Raph is gettiing really corny. They're going WAY over the top. Too far actually. He looks rediculous. They've screwed him and he doesn't deserve it. He deserves peace.

I think the Mikey story line's the most interesting one so I'm only gonna get the ish for that.

When Mike first greeted the Princess and her guards, he mistook them for Triceratons. They responded as if he'd called them street slime. Apparently, Styracodons are distant cousins to the Triceraton species... Inferior in the Styrac's eyes.

I'm guessing the TMNT somehow got into something that caused the mutragen in their system to become unstable, like puberty or something their enemies did. It was basically like the Hulk-effect. They get peeved off, and they hulk-out into these beastes that look like Tokka and run around causing havoc.

So a local college kid majoring in science, named Carter (looks like a black Jaimaican fella with short dreads), is introduced to help the TMNT get 'control' of themselves. I guess they are stuck with that condition, but they learned to somehow control it better. Leo was still having problems with it later though, if I remember right. Wierd concept, yeah!

HT, you are correct.....they were able to control everyone's except for Leo. When he got upset, he mutated and went on a rampage in the city.
