Well, there were some hints that they would go to Usagi's World in Season 3. So maybe this ties into that. Maybe some evil rodent warlord, or something. Or Splinter gets some new digs. Guess we'll have to wait and see. Intresting. :)

Yeah I agree with you Splinter, it's looks like he would fit right into an Usagi story, but I like the idea of an alternate universe, good TMNT VS evil TMNT.

If they are going to have an alternate universe, I would love if the old toon TMNT (designs, voices and characterizations) met the new toon TMNT. It's not likely to happen but it would be awesome :)

Ha, maybe they'll pull a Spider-Man on us and we'll learn that the Splinter living with the Turtles now IS A CLONE and that the original Splinter stayed with the utroms and was secretly taken with them? And in Season 3 he returns, wearing those new digs! Hmmmm... :tconfuse:

I think it HAS to have something to do with Splinter...cuz Pete's design even has the trademark walking stick. He didn't necessarily say it was a new character either, so it could very well be Splinter in some other form..er, clothing.

it looks so much like splinter...it's gotta be. But what season officaly is this?? i just can't wait to see where they take this. and i'd love to see an old/new tmnt crossover, with krang, bebop and rocksteady the works....it would rock, but would new tmnt fans get the joke??
