Will there be a 2nd turtles game on PS2/GCN/XBox? If there will be another game, when is it going to be released and will it be a beat em' up game?

I'd like to see Konami do sort of a "TMNT Mega Collection."

im pretty sure there will be a 2nd one. now ive written this several times already but ill do it again. a while back around teh time the new TMNT games came oyut i read an interview w/ the president of konami. he was part of the original team who made all the old TMNT games. in the interview it said that he wanted to add some of the old games onto the new one as mini games/secrest but felt that it already had enough sercets and stuff to unlock. he said if there ever is a 2nd game in which he hopes there is then we should be looking forword to have some of the classic games on it as min i games/secrets like they oriignaly were gonna be.

Oooh... They should release all the games on one system as a pack. If that's possible, I mean. That would be cool. :)

They did it with Sonic I bet they could do it for turtles. In a new game though I hope they spend more time on it and if they make a new game it needs to have re-play value and not be like tony hawk where you have to play the same levels over and over to unlock everything, by the time your done you dont even want to do 2 player

Indeed, Jon!
As someone who liked the new game full and full, I do want more original characters to play as. Vs. mode was a cool idea, but it needed bigger energy bars and more original chars.

Maybe this time, they'll put the arcade games in as an unlockable feature.

Konami said they were thinking of doing that for the sequel in a interview on I think GameSpy. I hope they do... and for the actual game... make it four player this time. I mean come on! Four turtles... four controllers... doesn't it make sense?

I would buy the game for just both Arcade Games.I have not played either in 14 years. One play on the new game to the end and finish it.Both Arcade games are unlocked. There should 4 Players this time.
I think the second game should have more story modes and secret characters like: Casey, Splinter, (yeah again) Mortu, Quarry, Razorfist, Stonebiter, Leatherhead, Zog, gaurdians, maybe even April, the Fugitoid, and Hamato Yoshi. Some villians too like: Hun, Stockman, Garbageman, Turtlebot, Triceraton General, all of the Elite (playing through a story mode with all of the elite seems cool lol) Mystic Ninjas, Karai, and of course the Shredder.
Each character unlocked could be used in the original story mode with execeptions of the baddies, and also come with their own story modes. And after completeing their story modes, you could unlock their alt. outfits like Mortu's exoskeleton or his human cover. Different looks for Stockman, Shredder's second costume or first, and his Saki cover.
It would be cool to have a versus mode again but made a little better. Adding all of the characters above, and some others like, foot soldier, foot tacks, foot mechs, purple dragons, the mob, Shredder clones, etc. Most importantly the game needs to be Four Players obviously. Plus if you play with all four, some turtles should be needed to do certain objectives like Don cracking a code (to defeat the return of Nano) , Leo bringing the Sword of Tengu (return to new york), Mike to cause a distraction (one of the turtles in space ep. where he got sick), and Raph to steal a car or somewhat (turtles in space ep. where he took the tank).
These would make the games more creative. The four player mode is a must though lol. :)
