Don't ask me where I think these things up, okay? They just pop into my head before I have a chance to stop them. :P
Where do you think the Turtles stored their turtle blimp when it wasn't in use? Of course, there is no right or wrong answer, since we'll never "really" know. But I just thought it might be fun to come up with ideas.
Did the Turtles have to rent out a warehouse? Did they have to inflate the blimp every time they had to use it, and did they deflate it every time they were done with it? Maybe they kept it in a Turtle Garage. :D

Maybe they kept it in baxter's apartment

maybe they threw a big tarp over it and stored it in a dump. that's what i would do. of course, blimps aren't exactly my style...

To my knowledge, they'd usually just leave it in certain places, such as in April's Fool when they find the turtle blimp on the rooftop and Donatello says he stashed it there.

Maybe they kept it in baxter's apartment
Not too far-fetched. After all, it looks like April was living there for at least a couple of days (after her apartment was destroyed in "A Thing About Rats"; we see our heroes watching TV in Baxter's place at the beginning of "The Shredder Is Splintered.")
Of course, according to the Playmates Toys line, Ace Duck actually was in charge of the blimp...

Ace Duck looked over the Turtle blimp? :o Yeah, that makes a whole lot of sense, considering he was only in one episode! And it was a one-second cameo appearance at that.
You know, that is interesting how the Turtles are watching TV from Baxter's apartment in "Shredder & Splintered." I don't know how many times I've seen that episode, and it never dawned on me until now that they were watching TV in his apartment. Makes sense, since April's apartment was destroyed by mousers. :dead:
Good observation, too, that perhaps the turtle blimp was just always stashed in Baxter's apartment. Wouldn't it be funny if every time the Turtles went to get it, that same cleaning lady from "Shredder & Splintered" still works there and bugs the heck out of them?

Who was Ace Duck, anyway? Did Playmates make a toy because of his one-time appearance on the TV show, or was he featured in any of the comic books?

what'sa Ace Duck?
A humaniod duck. He was featured for like five seconds on the cartoon, as a TV show, and they made a figure based on that. But he did have a part in the Archie series as a Wrestler, but that character was vastly different from the figure, so I'm not sure if that counts.

What's the bio behind Ace Duck? Was he a mutant? Was he from another planet? All I know is that he was some kind of wrestler and that he was in charge of the Turtle blimp . . . :P

Yes!! But he's full of mystery! No one knows why he packs heat, carries egg grenades, or wears that little green hat. No one even knows how he became IGW champion! He's oozing with greatness, I tell ya. That's how he accomplished it all. :anime: Hmm... This gives me a fanfic idea...

the turtle bllimp was just a giant balloon with the turtles logo in it...they could've got a plane or a jet...something like that...but noooooo they had to get a blimp... :sweatdro: BLIMPS ARE BORING :ohwell:

Yes, another mystery... It's really weird how minor characters like him jump around the TMNT timeline.

It was the first ep where the girl entered the guys' police station, and the second had to do with some weird artificial human who was stealing a pic of himself that had secret instructions on how he was made...very interesting...

Sounds like a cool anime...and there are tanks in it  plus it seems that it was made by the same guy that made ghost in the shell, i love that movie...
I saw lots of animes but my faves ones are saber marionette j and slam dunk
The Gundam Boys as the Sailor Scouts. I don't know what's scarier, that picture, or the fact I could recognize the characters.

Anybody have any idea why the Turtle blimp was abandoned after the first episode of Season 9 ("The Unknown Ninja")? It's shown for around three seconds, and then never used again.
Maybe they had to sell it due to budget cuts. "Sorry, guys, it just costs us too much money to rent out this thing for a single episode. I'm afraid we're just gonnna have to deflate the thing for good."

Maybe the writers just got bored with the turtle blimp. I don't remember too much about seasons 9-10 because it was just depressing watching most of it. But here's a major puzzler for you, in New York's Shiniest, the turtles drive the turtle van into the bay when confronted by those police robots, then in the next scene it shows April and Splinter driving it. Also, the turtle van is destroyed a number of times such as in attack of the big macc, yet it still comes back. So who knows dude.

I think I may be able to explain how the Turtle van keeps coming back after being destroyed: PLOT DEVICE. How would the Turtles ever get around without their Turtle van? And since there isn't really any continuity in the series, the Turtle van can be destroyed in one episode and come back cleaner than shined chrome the next.
I've noticed this with the Technodrome, too. Remember that episode, "Super Irma"? Donatello uses some magnetic ray to pull a whole bunch of empty target ships into the Technodrome, and the next time we see those guys, the Technodrome is back to normal again.

Well In the episodes that david wise writes, there is some continuity.
