There is no actual TMNT convention. Just TMNT fans who go to other conventions together.

I was wondering the same thing. I know there is a Gargoyles convention every year, called "The Gathering". I think this year it is in Canada.

Well, I think the best place to have the first con would be New York, since that is the home turf of the turtles. That is how the first Gargoyles convention did it, since the story takes place in New York also.
