Well I never thought of Woody Allen as Baxter, he played Jimmy Bond in Casino Royale. I chose Cliff DeYoung for Baxter because be played Dr. Cray Z. Mallardo in RoboCop 4. I can just imagine His Arnoldness playing Krang's android body. He could probably have an animatronic stomach cavity strapped to his waste with an animatronic Krang bulging out. Think about it.
