One: That is not a part of the movie that's coming out. It was a pilot made to try and sell the idea of a CGI TV series. It then caught the eye of Digital Rim, who's interested in making a CGI movie. It's never been confirmed that John Woo will direct. *sighs* There are so many rumors about this project, it's hard to say for sure what's going on.

Two: We assume that Bebop and Rocksteady used that blaster that turned Shredder into a fly, back into a human. They left with it.

Third: I'd try ebay, I can't think of anywhere else that would sell it.

We don't know if it was scrapped. We just haven't heard any new news about it. Obviously, it's not going to be out by Christmas 2002, in any case. I've heard so much "news" about this fourth movie that I don't know what to believe.

Well at some point there was info that cg has been scrapped and they consider live action instead. Whatever the case is, I think it all depends on the new series popularity.

:D Personally, I think live-action would be best, provided they go with the costume and puppetry styles of the first two movies. Nobody wants the illusion to be blasted b/c the guys look too much like amphibians (TMNT III :roll: ), or because you can see the eye-holes cut into the mask for the fight scenes (TNM, anyone? :sick: ), not to mention the painful sight of the actors face peering through a given turtle's mouth as he drove a vehicle (again, TNM :dead: ).

Man, I hate Saban... he turns everything he touches into ... well, NOT gold, let's just leave it at that... :goofygri:

Well Next muation is a cheap power rangers ripp off, thats what i've heard. I have seen few clips and i must agree.

And if the mivie will be live action, The suits for the first movie would be great. The first one is The only Really good movie of the three.

I agree. Number two was still pretty good, but it wasn't as dark as the first. And the third... well, it was funny, but the costumes sucked.

If the new movie is ever to come, I too wish they´d use
the original costumes/puppets of the first two movies. They
look so believable even these days of CGI. And the interaction
between all the four turtles in those films was AWESOME! The
voice cast, and the unique personas of the turtles were
absolutely cool.

My fave´s the first one too, it has caught the mirage spirit
combining some of the elements of the cartoon show, yet
with a good taste. The Shredder is cool, his character is
just like in the early mirage; incredibly skillful ninja master,
(he could beat all the turtles by himself unlike in the cartoon
where he often gets bashed himself), arrogant and extremely evil.
(Check the scene where he orders the rest of the turtles drop their
weapons while pointing Leo with his speary Bo thingy...)

The second flick´s great also, slightly more fun than the first
and lot more cartoonish. I think the dialogue of the
Ooze is the best of all three films. My fave scenes from
TMNT 2:

*Opening Brawl
*Turtles watching TV
*Basically all scenes with Raph (The dialogue is sooo awesome... :evilgrin: )

As for the third movie, It´s years now since I last saw it,
but I never liked it. The costumes stinked.

The second movie was like tht because of the angry parents. It supposedly too dark and violent. BS in my opinnion. That was the reason they didnt use weapons in tmnt 2. The flop of second movie was the begining of the end for tmnt's first wave. I hope that stupid parents wont do it again.

Luckily todays parents arent so sensitive to violence than bad language or nudity. Take american pie for example. I have heard it was R rated in states. But some violent movies are PG-13. Theres a good chance the parents wont ruin the new coming of tmnt!

Yeah.

There definitely is hope that we get an unspoiled new
TMNT movie, which is not pressed by angry mob of adults
to be made some sort of whole-family-entertainment rubbish
like asterix: Operation Cleopatra (Couldn´t find better example! :goofygri: ), since WE are now those adults who
decide what we want to watch...

And the endless hordes of us now-adult TMNT fans have
certainly some weight in our opinions...

So film-makers!
Do not disappoint us! Or else... :evil:

I loved the second movie, even if it was "kiddyfied." I agree with mikael... The dialogue in the movie was just plain funny. The writers did a great job with the script. I look forward to the next movie, and hopefully, it'll have good costumes, a good script, and great action sequences. ;)

My brother has the first movie, and I got the second one last Christmas... :D I love it. The pics of Splinter in it are really good... :goofygri:
