Okay, I downloaded the "Planet of the Turtles" episode (of the original series), and though the file was said to go 20:39 in length, it stops at 19:13... and what sucks more is the last thing that is said in the episode is "I hope Donatello has a solution before it is too late" or something in that direction. So, I was getting excited... and what happens? THE FILE IS OVER!!! Now I am left wondering how this episode ended.

If anyone could lead me towards a transcript or maybe just describe the ending, that would be nice. :D

Ok well that's actually a two-part episode. Originally, it was an hour-long episode (about 44 minutes w/o commercials). I'm not actually sure what part that is, but here is the ending:

The Turtles get thrown in jail by the Shell-ri-la courts. Kerma breaks them out, and Herman the Horrible attacks. He however cannot penetrate the forcefield, so he leaves to get better weapons.
Meanwhile, back on earth, Shredder, Krang, and Chrome Dome have kidnapped April and are building a mini-Technodrome in the city.
Back on Shell-ri-la, The Turtles go to Herman the Horrible's hideout and sabatoge his weapons while he is sleeping. When Herman next attacks, His weapons all fail. So he leave again.
Then Herman meets up with Groundchuck and Dirtbag. They coax the Turtleoids into letting them thru the forcefield, then they go steal the forcefield generator. Herman is now loose in the city. Disaster, right? WRONG....
The Turtles quickly find out Herman's really a robot and cut off his heads. Within his heads are Bork and Dwark, the two old geezer turtles who insisted the Ninja Turtles go to jail. Needless to say, they go to jail.
Kerma flies the Turtles back to earth, where they find Shredder and his newly formed mini-Technodrome.
They make short work of Chrome Dome via his "weak spot" on his back (who didn't see that coming a mile away?), and then defeat the Shredder and destroy the mini-technodrome. The Shredder flees.
The Turtles say goodbye to Kerma...THE END

(note: This may not be perfectly accurate as it's been six or seven years since I've seen this)

Actually the weak spot was on Chrome Dome's ankle, ala his Achelle's heel. Anyway, the end of this sucked as they spent the first episode and a half building up IMPOSSIBLE odds for the turtles, and making a nice suspense to what might happen, and then wrap it all up in like 10 minutes of some of the most contrived old school TMNT "trip the badguys with a stick, escape 48 traps, and save April and have pizza." It was really a shame.

That's planet of the turtleoids. In the end of Planet of the Turtles, Donatello and the professor make it back with device that reverses the PEP and give all the energy back to the Earth. Then while the turtles are in the lair Splinter tells the turtles they have an energy crisis because they haven't used their energy to clean up the garbage in the lair and the episode ends. Thank you very much.

Oh sorry, dude, didn't realize you said "Turtles" instead of "Turtleoids"
