Back in 1997, the Roland Tembo figure from the The Lost World: Jurassic Park toyline became sold out in Sydney. Not one! My grandmother brought me two of these figures back from her trip to the states. One of them was from The Lost World toyline, the other was a toyline called Jurassic Park : Chaos Effect. The figure was dressed in some kind of ultra high-tech armour, what was he a cyborg? This is the quote from the back of the card, "Scientific tampering with dinosaur genetics has created a dangerous new breed of predator! Struggling to piece together the lost genetic puzzle that brought the original dinosaurs of Jurassic Park to life, scientists began experimenting with the DNA of dinosaurs, mixing their genes with those of other dinosaur species and even modern-day animals. The result: ultra - ferocious, hybrid dinosaurs - the most aggressive predators ever - wreaking chaos on an unsuspecting world! Never before has humankind been in such peril. A new breed walks the earth...
JURASSIC PARK : CHAOS EFFECT"
My grandmother also brought back a dinosaur from the same toyline, somekind of weird mutant Raptor. Does anybody remember these toys? They certainly were not released in Australia.

Isn't Chaos Effect a JP computer game?

If it's a computer game, that's news to me.

Yeah, I was about to post a link to there(the best Jurassic Park collecting website online IMO).
Anyway, to answer the question, Chaos Effect was a toy line Hasbro put out after TLW toys were done. It consisted of some really stupid looking dinosaur hybrid figures, and some of the ugliest repaints of all time(a neon blue and orange T-Rex for example). It's a line most JP collectors would rather forget really.
Still, I do own two of them, and if I ever want to complete my JP collection, I guess I'll have to buy the rest of them as well. :| But I'll get them after the rest of the stuff I'm missing.

shouldnt this be in the General Disscussion forum seeing how this has no relevance to TMNT at all?

I really don't see the harm in his asking this question in the toy section. It could be safely assumed that at least some of the TMNT toy collectors on these boards collect other lines, and it's always nice to find other collectors with similar interests other than TMNT.

TMNT fans also go in the general disscussion forum to find common intrests other than TMNT. Im not gonna argue with you, I just think that this dosent belong here. Thats like going into a harry potter chatroom and start talking about Lord of the Rings. They are both books?
