1) How long has man controlled so much of the Galaxy? And where did they get this advanced technology from? Whereas NASA's stuck with 20 year old shuttles that don't work propperly, these guys are using hover tanks!
2) Is the existance of human life through out the cosmos known to NASA, CCCP, the general public? Anyone?

Jarrah, are you talking about the Human Federation from Turtles in Space?
If so, stop putting so much thought into these things. It's a cartoon.
(And in that case this would go in either Comic Discussion or New Cartoon Discussion.)
If not, then I have no idea what you're talking about. :S

I'm still going with my theory that the Transmat transported the Turtles into the far future. They did say the Transmat effected time as well as space. And until they do something that contradicts that (as they likely will in season three), that's my explanation for now: The Turtles were in the future.
However, if that's not the case. I seriously doubt that the human Federation consists of Earthlings. Odds are they evolved independently, and it's possible that the Federation humans differ from Earth humans.
2) Is the existence of human life through out the cosmos known to NASA, CCCP, the general public? Anyone?
I don't know about other non-Earth lifeforms, but if I were them, these are the last people I'd want to know I exist.

The galaxy is extremely huge. Even if though the Federation is a lot more advanced than present day earth, I really doubt they could ever reach us without something like the Transmat.
