Attachment 1804

The Shredders Helmet from movies 1 & 2. Now before you start yelling "it's from movie 2", let me explain.
They made 2 helmets for movie 1, when they shot movie 2 they just modified the helmets from movie 1.
So unfortunately a pure movie 1 does not exist. (everyone likes 1 better)
This was suppose to be the better of the two helmets, the other needed some repairs.
I do not know where it ended up or what happened to it.

Attachment 1805
I have the gauntlets, leg and shoulder armor but they are buried and I can't get to them for a while.
They have not survived as well, for they have dried out and alot of the rubber blades have collapsed, warped and even fallen off.

discordiatookie 03-16-2010 12:32 PM

Yup, as many have just said before me - amazing. Especially the Shredder helmet. Just amazing.

Kendamu 03-16-2010 01:01 PM

Makes me wish I got a TGRI canister prop when I had the chance.

I Challenge. 03-17-2010 01:39 AM

My feelings for all of your Shredder props and costume pieces cannot accurately be put in words, my friend. You have ended a 20-year-long search for me by just sharing a few small pictures of your collection.

I can't tell which is more amazing - the hand claw with production polaroids, or the full hero helmet. All of it is truly mesmerizing. Though I'm sad that I was a few years too late to claim any of those FANTASTIC pieces for myself, I congratulate you once again on laying a lucky claim to such an amazing haul.

Catch you later,

Ryan

Whoa, I knew she had the heads, but I didn't know about the rest of the props you mention...

Boy, I hope she'll see this thread and post pictures of her prop treasures...

:tsmile:

Canadian Turtle 03-17-2010 04:21 PM

I'll mention it to her, but I am sure you can see some of the stuff on her collection threads and videos on her message board site: www.tmnt-l.com

There is a section in there with her collection stuff, and she has been posting some pretty cool TMNT video blogs... I think she is on number 5 now.

LOL, no thats it for me ( except for the foot shoe's ). But really their is a lot of stuff out their. I generally copy the stuff on ebay when I see it.
Their have been numerous turtle heads over the years. One time all 4 heads from movie 3 were in a auction togeather. The movie 3 life-size splinter,
a full Mike suit mounted for display, a full Donatello stunt suit head to toe. Most of the auctions had extremely high starting bids and I don't remember
if they sold or not. Remember things pop up when you least expect it.
