Not sure if you have been paying attention to any information on season 2 but at the NYCC TMNT panel, they had animatics of April in an episode. Also, they're bringing in Casey and if you haven't seen any trailers for him, he's saving April from Mutagen Man... Clearly, she's going to show before the finale.
