I can also imagine them as Casey's rivals on the Hockey Team or something like that.
Maybe they don't have to work for Shedder in this incarnation but instead they can be like minor bad guys who like to give the turtles a hard time just for fun.
And maybe they could sneak into the Turtles lair and accidentally get mixed up in some of Donnie's Mutagen experiments and mutate into a Rhino and a Warthog! XD

So much this. To be honest I could care less if the characters returned or not since I never grew up with them, but if they show up I'd like Nick to do a re-imagining of the characters instead of them just being "cookie cutter" from the 80's.

The main gripe with a lot of members I see mentioning or posting about Bebop and Rocksteady is that they want them EXACTLY like the 80's version. If you want them exactly like they were in the 80's toon - watch the 80's toon or start writing your own fan-fiction lol.
