Okay, so I finally managed to watch this week's episode. I LOVED it!! I like it more than last week's episode. lol

Oh, here's a tipoff to all. The characters with green eyes can not be trusted. April's mom had green eyes. Irma had green eyes. Raph has green eyes (and he's going to become Dark Raph). Hmm....

Okay, I really liked Casey for this episode. He didn't come across as insensitive and stuff and to be honest, when Casey was talking with April when she was telling him that her mother wanted to leave, I was hoping that Casey would say something about his own mother. Maybe it's just me, but seems like he wanted to say more there other than, "She's your mom." That was a huge missed opportunity, imo, to get into Casey's family a bit more. Maybe something like, "If I could hang with my mom again, I probably would too." or somethng.

I thought Raph was great in this episode. He was pretty sarcastic, and I love how he told Casey that he's being stupid like Mikey. lol

Oh, a tipoff... When April's mom mentioned wanting to get away from the Turtles and for it to be the two of them, that should've alarmed April right there...partially. She said she wanted to get away from the "creatures". She's including Casey in that, which is unusual, ne?

I liked how Mikey didn't trust her, and him with ICK was just so cute! Animals are good at sensing the good in people or if something is off about people. Too bad the others never saw ICK's reaction to Mrs. O'Neil.

Oh, did anyone else think "Invasion of the Bodysnatchers?" I love how creepy each turtle was when taken over. Donnie's was best, though, when going after Leo. Oh, and April and apparently, Leo were in search of Mrs. O'Neil...does this man that Raph wasn't asked to help look for her?

Now the explanation at the end was interesting. That thing had April's mother's memories. So, if that 's the case, doesn't that make everything in the earlier part of this series a bit moot? They have photos. They had to know that Kirby and April were who they were looking for. It makes the Kraang Conspiracy (I think it was; the ep where April mailed in her DNA) kind of pointless, doesn't it? Kirby looks the same, minus the fro. They even knew his name after kidnapping him, right? From ep 1 they should've realized that Kirby was definitely the one they were looking for. I dunno, this whole explanation seems iffy to me.

As for April's powers, I have to side with Cybercubed...seems she goes all out when under a lot of pressure and stress. It is a deux ex machina, but...it's the only logical explanation, right?

So, other than feeling this ep has created a plothole, I really did enjoy it. So far, this is my favorite ep. I loved how creepy it was, especially when Donnie, Leo, and Mikey popped out of April's mom and stuff saying "One of us"...wait, isn't that from that Children of the Corn story or whatever it was called? Pretty sure it was a Stephen King story.
