Its one of the best cartoons ever made, not just best TMNT cartoon, but one of the best cartoons of the 2000's.
I don't recommend tracking down the DVDs though, they're rare and expensive and most of them only have 3-4 episodes per disc. You can find the entire series online to watch rather easily if you look in the right places.
