I'm not really interested in shipping in TMNT, but for what I think will happen:
- Mona Lisa will get two or so more appearances while they're in space. She and Raph will interact the same. After that who knows if she'll be seen again once they return to Earth.
- Renet/Mikey is clearly just a joke. Renet sees Mikey as a little kid. Its puppy dog crush.
- Leo/Karai is just going to be sibling rivalry.
- Don/April should have been killed off by now, but it obviously won't go anywhere.
