Also I'm pretty sure the original Turtles always laughing was largely taken from the second episode when April tells the Turtles about Bebop/Rocksteady for the first time. And they're standing there disguised in their punk outfits and they burst out laughing about a "rhino and warthog."
There are also several other episodes they burst out laughing over a villain, like when they see The Swatter in Season 6.
