That was a great mid-season finale. Only the ending I felt the writers didn't know exactly what to do. There's no way the turtles, nor April or Casey, would simply leave their Sensei and Earth behind like that. Having said that, I really enjoyed the episode. I felt sorry for the Professor and how he was treated. Leo's anger was surprising, but in a way the pressure of being a leader, the constant failures in retrieving the generators, and the Fugitoid's confession was likely just too much for him to wrap his mind around and pushed him over the edge.
The lack of trust the turtles had in Fugitoid was a bit surprising as well, consdering how much they've all been through. But it did make for some good tension.

If that last scene was any indication, we haven't seen the last of the Fugitoid, no doubt his head will fall back to Earth, and Donnie finds him and rebuild him.
