Kraang invasion takes April meanwhile Baxter's daughter finds out about his father's evil science and his work with the Kraang and runs away and to hide from her father she takes April O Neil's name as she wonders around without a home. Perfect solution
All of this will be revealed until season 5. But we now know she's not actually April
