Nah, this is worse.
At least, rat-Splinter "learned" martial arts form a real master, while MM Splinter and Turtles learn it from it videos?! Like WTF?

Also, FW also has no issues with "how Turtles had learnt martial arts" - Splinter being Hamato Yoshi sidesteps this problem.
