That has to be a troll, right? Just about every TMNT media I can think of has a credit that says "Based on characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman" or something similar somewhere. Much of IDW's output has it in the fine print of the credits page and the FW cartoon had the audacity to make them the last names in the end credits after season 1, but the credit is always there as far as I can tell. The 2012 show itself has it in the regular end credits, so it really shouldn't be that hard to figure out who these "Kevin and Peter" are.
