Don't take this personally, but it doesn't really look very much different from Shredder's orignal. It's just longer looking... but it doesn't strike me as impressive.
Perhaps... if you drew it from more than one angle, to see what the 360 degree view is like. And then you could add more texture or eching details in the metal. If not, then maybe just shading to see if the metal is reflective shiny, or a matte flat silver. Or were it is concave or convex.

I tend to be very open in critques when they are asked for. How does "Hey, it looks cool. Draw more!" help the person improve if they don't know what need help and what doesn't?
