I think you all need to get a new hobby. Worrying so much isn't healthy. The show is marketed towards kids. What do kids want in a show? What causes them to lose interest? Not the same things that you are afraid of with the new season. They aren't as worried about the story line as you are. They just wants to see new adventures with new, exciting characters. That seems to be exactly where the show is going. The only problem is that they grow up, and that's why they lose interest. (They become teenagers, ad we all know how they are.)

"This fall, get ready to fast-forward 99 years and meet the Turtles of the future with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Fast Forward. Brought to the future by Cody Jones, the grandson of Casey Jones and April O’Neil, Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael are forced to adapt to a whole new world – without their home, junk food or Shredder."

The article referred to it as a new TV series, and said it'd have 26 stand alone episodes.
