We don't know yet. There's 15 episodes left to release in Season 4, and this seems to only have 14. It would make sense to include "Insane" on this release and put "Ninja Tribunal" with the related "Lost Season" DVD. But it would also make sense to add "Insane" with the other unaired "lost episodes". *shrug*
I really wish FUNi would get off their butts and release some real info about this already. Gord on TVShowsOnDVD, who hasn't been paying all that much attention to TMNT2k3 on DVD, just posted the mostly bogus mixed information from the Navarre site.
