The reaction from these kids ranging from 5 to about 8 years old was amazing.
Now, not many of them have watched the Turtles and only a few have seen anything before FF, and even some didn't know who the Shredder was*Gasp*, but they are freaking out over seeing this film.
They want to do a TMNT field trip. Girls and boys were glued to my computer and asking me every question under the sun. It was really funny because they are talking about the blue one and the orange one but some of the 7 and 8 year olds knew their names.
I only had about 20 kids in the room but the energy and excitement over something I have loved so much for 20 years was so great
I have seen them go through phases of cartoons and movies but something about the TMNT just has them extra excited

You could *try* to set up a field trip to the movies as a fun trip, but I know, they usually want trips to be educational. Busing is not cheap either. I have done movie field trips, I drove a group from a local school last year to see Happy Feet and they invited me in with them!!And the other issue with TMNT, the violence factor, you'd hafta get it approved then permission slips.
