Marvel doesn't hate the TMNT. They've been mentioned in several of the X-men comics and even the original X-Men animated series of the 90's as Jubilee is a fan. Archie comics is a branch of the marvel u actually.
Shortly after the TMNT and Archies teamed up the Archies teamed up with Punisher. Archie Meets Punisher is one of my fave Archie comics next to Ariche meets the TMNT.
