Moving on.

[The 8th season was fine, though they could have kept the old design till they switched over to a different enemy.

A stable animation style was better than nothing. The show took a more serious turn and the characters reflected that.

And I honestly did NOT like Dregg and company AT ALL. Where did they pull him from? He would have worked fine for a couple episodes of the previous seasons- but not to have TWO whole seasons devoted to him. I would have very much preferred to see Karai and City at War.

Frankly anyone other than Shredder would have been a good thing. Yeah Dregg was a flash in the pan intergalactic warlord/con artist but I'll give him this: He wasn't Shredder.

And in the final season, things get quite convoluted with the future and past Turtles to fix the mutation and bring the life force to them. It would have confused the daylights out of little kids watching the show.

I got it.

I like the science behind it- but not everyone would be able to follow it as well as I did.

Don't we think highly of ourselves.
