Honestly, I can see that happening since a lot of the same voice actors stayed with the various incarnations of the Batman animated series in the 90s and early 2000s. I HOPE SO regarding ALL your questions.
It would be a bad idea to not continue in regular time and the 2k3 style with the same voice actors. It would be very anticlimactic for the plot to end with Fast Forward.
