Like most of the OT episodes it's silly but in a fun way. Appliances fighting in the streets is rediculous but come on, it's ninja turtles!
It's great to see casey jones in the OT but his voice was a bit "clint eastwood" wasn't it?
I thought it was a pretty good episode when looked at in context with the rest of the series not including seasons 1, 9, or 10
