I didn't like the Spider-Man designs at first (I had a major issue with the dialated irises), but after I got used to them, I really started to dig what they had done.

And for some reason, Joker looked like Freakazoid with Gambit's eyes. And then there was the "The Batman" designs which I never cared for (Catwoman especially, but I eventually warmed up to the Joker).
Then again, I kinda liked the more angular FF Turtles BEFORE they hit animation, and the animators took the designs and made them look even flatter. And it wasn't flattering at all.
And what the shell was up with Hun having a kitty mouth?
