For the first season my favourite episodes were definetly "the shredder strikes back" episodes and "the king" I also really liked "space invaders" from season 3 and the "big brawl" stories from season two - i haven't watched most of season 2 and 3 yet, but I really liked the second half of season 4, I think it has the better episodes of that season.
