I'm guessing tthey only used Michaelangelo because he was the most relatable of the four to kids most likely to be pulled into that lifestyle. Also, the other VAs might not have found time for it in ttheir schedules soon enough. Being a cult-classic, I'd say a DVD could be possible with the right amount of demand.
